Can I return the item(s) I have received?

  • You can return all items except
  1. Mobile Phones
  2. Medical Equipment
  • But
  1. The item(s) must be unworn, in the state you received them with original inner and outer packaging
  2. All the product tags should be entirely intact

 

When should you inform Best Deals?

  • You should duly inform Best Deals within 1 day from delivery (e.g. If courier received on 14th January 2018, you can maximum return by 23:59 hr. on 15th January 2018) of the item through the following modes

  2. Email to support@vestigebestdeals.com at your convenience 24 x 7
  3. Call to 1800 1038 465 (Toll Free) between 1000 hr. – 1800 hr. from Monday to Saturday

 

How should I get the item(s) returned?

Being a valued customer, it is our privilege to make your journey easy & relaxing

  • Our courier partner will come and collect the parcel from the point of delivery within 2-4 business days with prior intimation
  • If we cannot help you with a pick up from the point of delivery, you are requested to send the parcel to us at the following address. We shall pay back INR 100 in the form of Store Credit in your Vestige Best Deals account

When should I get my refund?

  • Your refund will be initiated once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse. Refund credit generally takes 24-48 hours
  • Your refund will be given in the form of Store Credit, which can be used on your next purchase with Vestige Best Deals as per your convenience.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch only
  • Once order is dispatched you are liable to receive the item(s)
  • If you have already paid for the item(s) you cancelled, we will refund the paid amount in the same mode of your payment i.e. if you have paid using a credit card, the refund will be done into the credit card account
  • The refund amount generally takes 7 to 10 business days to get reflect in your account
  • All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees and Vestige Best Deals reserves the right to enhance the currency offerings or limit the currency offerings at any time without prior notice.
  • The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Vestige Best Deals and orders can be cancelled, if;
    • the product goes out of stock with the Vendor/Seller;
    • does not comply with restrictions on the number of products a customer can order as per Terms & Conditions of any particular offer/discount on the product extended by the Vendor/Seller;
    • payment fraud suspicion by our Safety Team and / or on account of any enforcement agency request;
    • incorrect or incomplete Buyer/Customer's Address;
    • non serviceability of Buyer/Customers address by courier partners or Vendor/Seller.

Vestige Best Deals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price which may be higher or lower than published. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or cheque or otherwise. In the event the payment has been processed by Vestige Best Deals the refund amount shall be credited to your credit card account or sent by cheque, and you would be duly notified.
